Effective March of 2019, we now require a $50 deposit for all new clients booking services that require more than 3 hours. We process the $50 at the time of booking and apply it fully toward your service total the day of your appointment. Deposits on no-show appointments will will not be refunded as a measure to compensate for lost time.
We request a minimum of 24-hours notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice will require a $50 deposit to rebook, which will be applied to your service the day of your appointment.
We care deeply about your experience and service at Snapdragon. If we fail to meet your expectations, please call the salon and request a redo within ten days of your original appointment date. Your service will be booked with your original service provider in order to protect the integrity of your lifting pattern, established goals, consultation details, etc.
In-person consultations are required for extension services. A $150 deposit for the cost of hair will be required at time of booking, upon completion of consultation and color matching. The $150 deposit will be applied toward your service total the day of your appointment.
You may be asked to sign a color correction policy. The purpose of this policy is to ensure expectations are clearly communicated by the stylist and understood by the guest. This is only required for major changes that will require multiple sessions over a period of time in order to achieve color goals. Our top priority is maintaining the integrity and health of your hair.
